12 months Limited Warranty We warrant, to the original consumer purchaser, each new TyreDown™ to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and services when fitted correctly for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Motorcycletiedownpro.com agrees to repair or replace, as its option any defective TyreDown™ provided that it is returned with postage prepaid and with proof of purchase date to Motorcycletiedownpro.com.This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or abuse or lack of reasonable care of the product. THE PURCHASER’S ATTENTION IS DRAWN TO RIGHTS THEY MAY HAVE UNDER THE TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974 (CTH) and similar Australian State and Territory legislation which cannot be excluded. Subject to those non-excludable rights and provisions under the above warranty, Motorcycletiedownpro.com will not be liable for any injury to persons or damage to property or for any special direct or indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever and whether as a result of negligence or fault on the part of Motorcycletie.com or its servants, agents, suppliers and contractors or otherwise arising out of or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, the use, installation or maintenance of the TyreDown™ and any warranties or representations are excluded unless given by Motorcycletiedownpro.com in writing. Privacy Policy We are an anti spam site and we will not spam our customers ever and only reply to requests for information. No financial information is kept on site hence the use of PayPal as our preferred payment option. Customers information such as contact details are not past onto anyone or any organisation. Damaged Merchandise: All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed before shipment is made to you. If any packages are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on your statement. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight carrier. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
